Abstract

The article describes methodical approaches to forming rational quantity of the delivering order of perishable products. The conditions for implementing such approaches are based on the assumption of the balance of power between supply chain participants who bring these products to the market and the introduction of the latest functions and principles of the concept of supply chain management.
