Fundamental rights and concept of supranationality: new approaches in the practice of the European Union.

Abstract

The study highlightes the peculiarities of the legal framework for the protection of fundamental rights in the EU and the criteria for the qualification of supranationality as integration realities, and analyzes recent EU practices in the context of the topic. The tendencies of development of supranationality as a factor and manifestation of integration processes, the core of which are legal guarantees of protection of fundamental rights in the EU are revealed.
